Coaching and catalysing change at the intersection of people, purpose, and place.
Pam is a highly experienced coach, facilitator, and community leader who works with individuals, organisations, and grassroots networks to build resilience, clarity, and momentum — especially in times of transition, complexity, or renewal. With over 12 years of post-qualification coaching experience and a career rooted in organisational development across sectors and continents, Pam brings both depth and humanity to her work.
Pam offers:
· One-to-one coaching and mentoring for leaders and changemakers seeking to align strategy with purpose, shift focus, or navigate change with clarity and confidence
· Design and facilitation of group workshops and community conversations exploring resilience, adaptability and wellbeing (RAW) in ways that honour both lived experience and systemic insight
· Access to grassroots networks and spaces in Leeds, opening up opportunities to connect organisational questions with real-world perspectives from diverse communities
Pam’s approach is collaborative, respectful, and deeply human. She is known for creating safe, generative spaces where people can express themselves, reflect honestly, and discover new ways forward. She is especially passionate about integrating inclusion, gender, and diversity into everyday leadership and decision-making, and believes in the power of creativity and imagination as tools for transformation.
Now based in Leeds, and currently leading the vibrant Headingley Enterprise and Arts Centre (HEART), Pam is blending her global experience with local community leadership to support meaningful, grounded change. Whether she’s coaching a senior leader, facilitating a community dialogue, or mentoring someone through a turning point, her work is always about helping people reconnect to their values, potential, and impact.
If you’re seeking a coach or collaborator who brings heart, rigour, and a systems view — and who knows how to connect big questions to real lives — Pam is someone worth having in your network.
