Creating space for courageous conversations, grounded resilience, and authentic leadership
Mo (she/they) is a coach, consultant, and performance psychology practitioner who works at the intersection of emotional wellbeing, identity, and authentic communication. With experience in the third sector, embodied practice, inclusion work and the performing arts, Mo brings a deep and embodied understanding of what it means to show up fully — especially when the stakes feel high and the path forward isn’t clear.
Mo offers:
Reflective one-to-one coaching, supporting individuals to prevent burnout, show up authentically, communicate with courage and lead from a place of grounded intuition.
Facilitation and consultancy for teams and organisations wanting to build cultures of safety, mutuality, and open communication — especially around identity, inclusion and wellbeing.
Specialist support for the arts, third sector, and values-driven organisations, where emotional labour, passion for a cause, complex challenges and risk of burnout are often prominent.
Mo has a particular gift for helping people feel safe enough to have the conversations they’ve been avoiding — and resilient enough to implement and navigate change.
She combines warmth with clarity, bringing grounded presence and deep psychological insight to her coaching. Mo brings 20 years' experience of frontline and leadership work in the youth and community sector, and postgraduate research into gender and trauma-informed education. Mo’s early career focused on supporting young people through trauma and advocating for systemic change. Over the years, Mo has expanded their practice to include leaders, creatives, and change-makers — many of whom are navigating systems not originally built for them.
Mo is especially passionate about supporting people to connect deeply with self and others on a Whole Person level, and enabling resilience that is felt, not just talked about. She also offers therapeutic voice and breath work, supporting groups and individuals to reconnect to their bodies, re-regulate their nervous systems and express themselves authentically.
If you’re seeking support to move through complexity, communicate with courage, or lead change with curiosity and care — Mo brings the depth, skill and humanity to help make it happen.
