Jane Bytheway

  • Empowering people and teams to lead with clarity, courage and connection.

Jane is a highly skilled personal development coach and facilitator, known for helping individuals and teams navigate change, complexity and challenge with greater resilience, confidence and collaboration. She works with growing and transitioning organisations to strengthen performance -  not just by improving what people do, but by deepening who they are and how they work together.

Supporting emerging talent through to senior leaders, Jane offers:

    ·  One-to-one coaching to support individuals seeking to step into new levels of impact, clarity and the confidence to trust their inner voice and communicate from the heart

    ·  Team and group facilitation that enables open, courageous conversations that unlock trust, adaptability, and stronger collaboration and relationships – moving beyond stuck patterns and unhelpful dynamics

    ·  The Skills for Change Programme - a practical and transformative group experience that builds awareness, skill, and confidence in working with others in ways that increase adaptability through relationship

    ·  The Leader As Coach Programme – a programme that expands and develops the skills of managers and leaders in organisations seeking to embed a coaching culture, putting relationships at the heart of results

Her approach creates space for people to reflect honestly on what’s working and what isn’t, to name what they really want, and to develop the confidence and skill to communicate openly and lead change from within.

With over 24 years of experience supporting businesses from SMEs to corporates and not-for-profits, Jane brings both commercial acumen and human insight. She’s worked across sectors and levels, and brings warmth, clarity, and rigour to every conversation. Clients describe her as someone who helps them think differently, feel more resourceful, and move forward with energy and purpose.

Jane holds qualifications in coaching, NLP, DiSC (communication preferences), The Walters Method (a body-based therapeutic approach for handling difficult emotions), Mindfulness and working with Grief and Loss. She tailors her approach to the context and people in front of her - whether it’s a senior leader navigating complexity, or a team trying to find its rhythm during rapid growth or change.

Her proactive belief in creating meaningful change is summed up in Abraham Lincoln’s words:

The best way to predict the future is to create it.

For Jane, resilience and wellbeing aren’t add-ons — they’re essential to how we show up, how we work with others, and how we create a future we want to be part of.
