  • New Horizons Partnership - Migrant Action

We have been at the heart of Migrant Action’s inspiring journey towards a bold new future. Through a series of dialogue sessions, creative workshops and strategic retreats, we helped the team step back from day-to-day pressures and imagine what real, lasting change could look like for migrants in the UK. The highlight was a powerful residential where stories, ambitions, and values came together to shape a living “compass” for the organisation. This partnership has sparked fresh energy, significant resources, clarity, and confidence - equipping Migrant Action to lead with purpose and compassion at a time when their work matters more than ever.

  • Transforming together – North Star Housing Group

We partnered with a leading housing association to spark a transformative journey across the entire organisation. It began with a year-long, whole-organisation discovery phase - bringing people together through focus groups, surveys, and listening circles. This inclusive process created space for honest dialogue and fresh perspectives, igniting new energy and engagement. Through collaborative sense-making, the organisation moved from “so what?” to “what next?”, laying the groundwork for a bold redesign of ways of working.

Building on the momentum from the discovery phase, the association embraced a new leadership focus, innovative approaches to individual development, and a renewed commitment to both people and performance. The results were remarkable: the organisation achieved repeated platinum Investors in People status with record-breaking scores and was named best place to work in its category multiple times. This journey stands as a testament to the power of whole-person, relationship-centred change within a remarkable organisation, to unlock potential and create lasting impact

  • Building Strength and Adaptability – Leeds Federated Housing Association

Leeds Federated Housing Association’s partnership with us began with a focus on resilience and wellbeing through a series of engaging workshops. This initial work quickly grew into a comprehensive programme aimed at embedding essential skills and mindsets across the organisation, providing all staff with a strong foundation for long-term success. Every new team member now benefits from the Oasis 7 Stage Framework for Effective Relationships, ensuring resilience, adaptability, and wellbeing are woven into the fabric of the organisation from day one. Over the past five years, this collaboration has deepened, with co-creating bespoke leadership programmes that continue to support Leeds Federated’s commitment to nurturing people and building a thriving, future-focused culture.

  • Building Connection and Wellbeing in a Hybrid World

Over 18 months, we partnered with a large organisation to co-design, develop, resource and run an online ‘Conversation Café’ - a space to support connection, wellbeing, and resilience through the evolving landscape of hybrid working.

Our work began with deep listening: understanding what mattered most to people navigating uncertainty and change. Together with the client, we shaped a virtual café format that brought people together in meaningful, human ways - through shared passions, hobbies, and experiences. From running clubs to recipe swaps, from creative writing to parenting through adolescence, the café became a vibrant hub of connection.

One of the powerful moments was co-creating a virtual choir. Staff across the organisation came together with writers and composers to record an original song - an uplifting testament to creativity, care, and community. Alongside this, we hosted conversations on topics like mental health and remote working, featuring voices from across the organisation and expertise beyond the business.

As the café grew, we supported a gradual handover - developing in-house skills and confidence so the café could evolve as a self-initiated, self-managed resource.

The result? A living example of what’s possible when you put people, relationships, and imagination at the heart of workplace culture.

  • A Cross-Sector Collaboration - a road less travelled

Over seven years, we initiated and hosted The RAW Network, bringing together 15 organisations across sectors to explore how resilience, adaptability, and wellbeing could become shared cultural strengths, not just individual responsibilities.

Through in-person gatherings, webinars, peer visits and buddying, the group created a trusted space to:

Share emerging practices and lived experiences

    Test new approaches collaboratively

Support each other through uncertainty, including during the pandemic

Explore new and emerging research into resilience and wellbeing approaches and practices

Co-create a shared manifesto to inspire practice across sectors

The RAW Network offered vital connection and reflection during turbulent times. By the end of its seven-year cycle, many of the issues we explored had become mainstream, with organisations embedding the principles into their learning cultures.

RAW remains a powerful example of what’s possible when organisations learn together in a spirit of openness, experimentation and mutual support.
